With the word “organic” in there, you would think that the soup should be healthy right? Incorrect. This soup has 11grams of fat and 8 grams of saturated fat. Drinking spoonfuls of fat, has never tasted so good.

 

 

 

 

Whole Milk

Whole milk for any brand is bad for you. With 8grams of fat and 5grams of saturated fat, it is no surprise that even Starbucks no longer uses whole milk by default, but switched to 2% instead. To still enjoy the same benefits of milk, try skim milk, 2% or fat free. 

 

 

 

Weight Watchers, Chicken Pot Pie

Really? Weight Watchers again? Don’t be fooled. The company name may be deceiving, but watch out for this pie loaded with 13 grams of fat, plus 3.4 grams of saturated fat. But whenever eating these pot pies, look at the nutritional values. Pot pies are usually ALWAYS fatty. And check serving sizes as well. Often times, it will say that the values are for HALF of the pie.

 

Yoplait Whips

Having yogurt be fat is so deceiving. Although there is only 4 grams of fat in most of the “Whips” yogurt, it also has 2.5grams of saturated fat. That means half of what you’re eating if saturated fat, and that is the worst kind of fat.

This is quite upsetting to know that this is staple item for the holiday is brimming with fat. With 19 grams of fat and 12 grams of saturated fat, it is a huge no-no for those watching their figures. Even when ordered with non fat milk and no whipped cream, then that is just about 120 calories less.

Beware of what you are putting in your sandwich! Two slices of bologna contain 16 GRAMS OF FAT, and 6 grams of fat. So much fat for a thin slice of meat.
