CMMR is pleased to announce the grand opening of PARIS SUNLOR SALON LLC, a French hair salon located in Seattle. CMMR has successfully obtained a Treaty Investor (E-2) visa for Phalla Sun-Lo. The Treaty Investor (E-2) visa, along with the Treaty Trader (E-1) visa, is available to non-immigrant nationals of a country with which the United States maintains a “treaty of friendship, commerce and navigation.” The purpose of these two visas is to attract foreign investment into the U.S. and to promote either trade in goods, services and technology, principally between the U.S.  and the foreign national’s home country or direct investment in a business in the U.S. Both visas allow the U.S. to attract expertise and talent from abroad while benefiting the local community by hiring local employees.

Lo was born and raised in Cambodia before moving to France and receiving French citizenship. While living with her family in the heart of Paris, she was graduated from a first-rate hair dressing school where she acquired world-renowned French techniques. Lo has worked with prestigious David Alexandre Hair, Franck Provost and Fabio Salsa hair salons in Paris where she gained extensive experience in French hairstyle techniques, including creative hairstyling, coloring, perms, hair extensions and highlighting. She is currently certified and licensed in cosmetology to practice in both U.S. and France. A mother of three and happily married, Lo wishes to engage in her community and provide the best environment for her family to thrive. For all Asian and French expats, but mostly for the Seattle community as a whole, it is exciting news to have the Parisian techniques and styles now locally available.

As a young woman entrepreneur, Lo brings to the Washington State an exclusive set of skills and a great determination to have a top hair salon. Every hair-stylist has a signature, and in this regard, her hair styling is elaborate, dynamic and volume-oriented with a highly creative artistic touch. To provide the highest quality care, her salon utilizes select hair care products imported directly from France. Lo takes pains to understand a client’s tastes and desires in order to provide the upmost service and satisfaction and to meet her client’s expectations.

“Hairstyling is an Art. Every style is unique and live through my customers. Because it is a shared vision of a person’s beauty and personality, I highly value my clients’ insights and always try to guide them to achieve a first-class performance” – Ms. Lo
