Important information on pictures and completed drafts：
1）Upon receiving a draft from Seattle Chinese Times, colored advertisements are required to be finalized within 10 working days; black & white advertisements within 5 working days.
2）Pictures: Please send JPEG / BMP / TIF / PDF files in a CD-ROM or by E-mail. Picture resolution needs to be at least 300 dpi. Please do not use pictures from other publications.
3）Completed drafts: Please send editable PDF or unalterable TIF files, preferably along with the raw pictures.
4）Please notify us as soon as possible for any placement requests, especially for colored ads.
5）The draft will be finalized once the client signs an agreement or confirms by e-mail.
